Matt is a fantastic personal trainer. Over the last 2 years he was worked with my ability and encouraged me to reach goals and improve my level of fitness.

Sessions are friendly and relaxed but with a clear sense of the goals to be achieved . Matt manages to motivate and challenge and I am really pleased with the progress I have made. My overall level of fitness has definitely improved as has my general well-being
