My passion for fitness stems back to an early age playing district and academy level football and joining the British Army as an infantry soldier; structure and discipline have always been at the forefront of my mind. As someone who is passionate about fitness I believe that with hard work and dedication anything is possible, a motto I always try to instil with my clients.
I am a level 3 personal trainer, with BA hons in sport and exercise science with level 5 sports nutrition.
I have over 10 years’ experience in health and fitness with a strong passion for crossfit and functional training.
My aim for the future is to compete in Crossfit becoming one of the fittest competitors out there, ensuring along the way I demonstrate to all clients how fun getting into shape can be. You don't have to starve yourself or run on a treadmill for hours to be fit and healthy - a balanced diet and lifestyle is a much better method and a much more rewarding one at that!
